Kelp

The kelp which Lukoma uses is rich in iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium. Is an excellent overall nutritional supplement due to its content of vitamins : A, B, C, D, E, and K. It is particularly rich in folic acid and contains many other phytonutrients. Everyone today is low in minerals, due to modern agricultural methods, depleted soils, food processing and weak digestion. Kelp is best known for its source of Iodine.
